Wanted to buy a book on my local library's 'wish list'. Bit the bullet and went to Powell's, even though it was more expensive.

I remember when I used to love shopping at Amazon, but not now. It is not just their politics, but their shoddy merchandise, bad delivery, and the fact that I have never been able to talk to a real human there about my complaints.
