He is MONUMENTALLY STUPID.
He is FUCKING SENILE.
He is DEMENTED.
He has a 4th grade intellect.
He SPEAKS at a 4th grade level.
He is the DUMBEST President in US history.

He is, perhaps, the dumbest human in human history.

Saying he "aced" a cognitive test designed to track mental decline, a test any 3 year old could pass, is an indication this fucking asshole has one foot in the looney bin, and hopefully 2 feet in the grave.

Just fucking DIE, you fucking garbage sub-human. The WORLD will welcome that event.
