Calling our congressional reps works. It really does. They actually DO pay attention to the number of calls they get. Are your reps republican? Even more reason to call them! It takes ten minutes or less to make three calls. No joke. Not sure what to say? Go here. They have lots of text samples on dozens of issues to get you started.

The last time we lit up the Capitol switchboard was the financial crisis of 2008. It's time we used our phones for more than posting on social media.


I call once a week after my physical therapy, but I should up it to at least three times a week. I do it in my car & often repeat messages I used before. Just FYI, I have only gotten a live person once. Also, don't forget to leave your name & zip code at the end of your message.
