Trump removes nearly 30 career diplomats from ambassadorial positions

1. Diplomacy is tactful conversation to bend a country toward our side.

Trump's "diplomats" will no doubt be ordered to go in and tell other sovereignties how it's going to be from now on and what they have to do....or else.

In other words he will try to create a Trump shadow government in each ally that wholly benefits America and him personally. At best we will further alienate the world and at worst spark an armed conflict.

This is another big mess that will have to be rebuilt by the next administration. It will take four years to fix what he's done in one.
