8. It's a time consuming, repetitive and exhausting job!

Imagine a long table:

From left to right:
Proof reader number 1 is given a copy of an original document, looks at names and compares it to a list.
He/she then highlights detected names in red.

Reader number 2 gets the documents, reads it to see if anything was missed.

Reader 3 to 10 get the documents in turn, to check if in fact nothing was missed.

Person 11 takes it to a computer with a copy of the document, puts in the redactions.
Prints it out.

Person 12 looks at the document in red and the redacted document for verification.
Any missed go back to person 11.

One hour per page, with thousands of documents to process!
It's going to take time!
