1. Well, I would like to think a judge would see all that has gone on--beyond what might be presented in court

(they are human, after all) and find a way to send her back to serve her sentence in the prison originally assigned. Short of that, I hope all coming out puts pressure on R's to tell Trump he will be impeached sans any R support in the next session if he pardons her. He doesn't really care about repercussions for his actions, but the cumulative case against him has become incredibly strong.
