Dear Federal Retirees,
The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is a program through which Federal employees and military personnel can donate to charities of their choosing. The 2025 CFC solicitation period is from October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The CFC has thousands of vetted charities to choose from, allowing you to easily give to multiple charities with one pledge transaction.
Collectively, the federal community donated over $68 million during the 2024 campaign, and federal and military retirees were a significant part of this effort, contributing more than $6 million during the 2024 campaign.
The CFC's Online Giving System is now open. If you have given previously, you can log on to your account and renew your pledge with the click of a button. If this is your first time using the system, it is easy to create an account, search for the charities you want to support, add them to your basket, and finalize your pledge. You can give through convenient deductions from your federal annuity (the most popular method) or directly via a bank account or credit card. Reach out to cfc@opm.gov if you would like help making a required minimum distribution (RMD) from your retirement account.
Paper pledge forms are available for download and printing at GiveCFC.org. Complete it and mail it directly to the CFC Processing Center, P.O. Box 7820, Madison, WI 53707-7820.
Access the CFC's Online Giving System, download a paper pledge form, or learn more about the CFC.

Dear Federal Retirees,
Are you currently or recently retired? If you are able, now is a great time to support your favorite charities and your federal community through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) via an annuity deduction, credit card gift, or bank transfer. Consider making a required minimum distribution (RMD) from your retirement account while supporting the cause that means the most to you through the CFC.
Remember, giving through the CFC isn't limited to just one day a year! The gift you make today will make a difference in the lives of others all year-round.
Thank you for considering supporting the CFC and giving to the charitable causes that mean the most to you.
Access the CFC's online pledge system, download a paper pledge form, or learn more about the CFC today!

I was shocked considering all the bluster about "maybe" getting rid of it completely. Am guessing "Big Balls" didn't realize that auto-generated email program was still running.
Back when I was still working, we had a "CFC Coordinator" who would distribute the booklets and distributed/collected/compiled, and submitted the completed forms. Then it eventually went online so I don't know if they were still printing the booklets/forms, although people can print them out from their website.
