Mali's to the NW. It's an utterly peaceful area, absolutely at ease.
Unless you ignore the siege of its capital city, Bamako, by ISIS affiliates and friends and the chaos that they've sown trying to establish Caliphate v. n + 1.
They have no trouble making nice with allies, of course.
