Nothing but a giveaway to the banksters. The “homeowner” would pay thousands more in interest, take much longer to establish equity and the monthly payments wouldn’t really be that much less than a 30 year mortgage.

Any time Cantaloupe Caligula the Corpulent suggests something that’s supposed to “help” people, follow the money, and you’ll find the whole goddamned thing is corrupt.
