NOT ignore NATO countries and the interest they have in improving stability in the area.

Discuss things with Ukraine and Russia more.

Stop sending US troops overseas on a whim.

NOT start overseas conflicts on a whim.

But yeah, Trump being Trump and all that. Slim chance!
