Does screaming at the Fed Chair to cut interest rates qualify you as an "economist"?

Does knowing more about the use of aspirin than your doctors make you proficient in "medicine"?

How many Nobel Prizes do you think he is actually going to demand to get once he realizes they will cave to him on the peace one?
