They have laws that prevent criminals from running for president unlike in the US.

She was charged with conspiracy to assinate Maduro. And then there were some deaths she orchestrated during a protest that their Supreme Court ruled disqualified her. Unlike in the US where you can be found guilty for fraud and involved in sedition yet still run for president. But yeah, blame Maduro for that. It's like blaming the DOJ for Trump's fraud and sedition.
