the side of 101 with Big 5 is southbound - I was going northbound around the time this photo was taken yesterday and most cars were driving in the fast lane because of the water height. I drive a Honda CR-V and I held my breath as I drove through this.

I've lived in this area for decades and I've never seen it this high!
