The question I have is Was there any due process giving Senator Kelly a chance to present evidence to to challenge Hegseth's actions? Under the UCMJ, any person facing an Article 15 or Courts Martial has the right to a public hearing, right to counsel, the right to present evidence, the right to challenge the charges, the right to question their accusers or witnesses, etc... None of these have happened.
