He fears he will be locked up amongst fraudsters, con artists, law breakers and kiddie fiddlers, and he is way above that sort of riff-raff.
Not his type at all.

Besides, accessing his regular medical regime of drugs and nutritional requirements would be a problem.
Apparently, jail doesn't have late night room service!
