(2,313 posts)the guy would never be safe traveling in a state that is not controlled by the fascists. He would be subject to arrest and extradition. And this means he would be no use to ICE and would lose that job. He might be able to avoid arrest for a few years, but if we are able to restore the FBI to its lawful purpose in 2029, he wouldn't last long on the loose. In Minnesota, there is no statute of limitations for manslaughter or any other crime that results in the death of a victim.
The point is, we MUST impose consequences of some sort, even if it doesn't get the guy into a prison cell soon. Just having an open warrant would be enough to cause many of the ICE goons to reconsider their career choice.
Seriously, why are Democrats so quick to come up with 10 reasons why we mustn't do anything? That a real sickness.
