They don't just have one political party there, crappy journalism aside. They have factions. When I voted there were about 3 dozens political parties ON THE BALLOT. Adecos, copeyanos and about 30 leftist parties. So to win they agreed on a split ticket. Front half is the Prez, back half the Congress. So those stubborn leftist parties want their seats. If they still do this and false peace prize used that as her evidence, then she is insane.
