The Whiskey Rebellion was in 1794.

A year later (1795) GW pardoned 2 of those CONVICTED because they were “simple-minded or insane.”

Two years later, in March 1997, on his last day in office, GW pardoned the remaining 10 after receiving pleas highlighting the men's remorse and good character.

Peters has expressed ZERO remorse, and worse - promised to continue her sedition if she gets released from prison.
