Has crime really gone down? Which kinds? Have abuses by troops, police, et al. gone up? And as others mention above, how much is all this costing? Would it be as or more effective to give the same funds to local police to strengthen their own efforts?

It certainly seems like in MN, the more ICE & troops Trump sends, the greater the chaos.
