in order to maybe be able to manipulate him. If you only criticize him, he'll react like a spoiled toddler, guaranteed.

I don't think any upper-level GOP legitimately think IQ47 has done much that's positive for NATO, esp. not purposefully, with his prime motivation being to do so. Some of them really ARE that stupid though, to be clear, esp. in the House.
