they can't even parse a sentence or correctly summarize a paragraph! Things WE learned in elementary school! I still remember the grammar trees we had to draw... just like we did with Math. Did those things go the way of the dinosaur?

I mean... anyone who can't parse the difference between WILL and SHALL (like our great SCOTUS) is a lost cause, IMO.
