and yes, some of the judges were like WTF? and threw the case out. We don't hear about all those small ones that ended like that.

I did see a case from yesterday (too late to post in LBN) where a judge threw out the DOJ suit against GA for not giving them their voter rolls! Republican-Appointed Judge Tosses Trump Admin’s Voter Lawsuit

(in that case, the suit was apparently filed in the "wrong court" but it goes to show how bumbling they are)
