2. Venezuelan Crude Oil...

Is, as I understand it, considered to be “heavy,” full of sulfur and the predominant distillate is used for asphalt. There aren’t many refineries capable of handling that type of crude and most of them are not located in the US.

Again, this is what I’ve read about it, and if there’s any incorrect information here it’s either from my misunderstanding the article or incorrect information within it.
