I guarantee that Trump demanded that the Presidential Emergency Operations Center be made opulent and larger after he took his first tour of it. And, guess what? We pay for it!

The whole thing about the new ballroom being paid for by private donors is just misdirection. Hundreds of millions of dollars of OUR money (maybe a billion) is being spent underneath it.
