The accounts might actually be legit in the sense that red don isn't going to have access to them. IIRC the scheme is that big financial institutions want to con 'Muricans into letting the gubmint, dumbass 'Muricans, and apparently select participants such as Visa funnel money into "private accounts" on Wall Street that will eventually supplant Social Security? So the con is that Wall Street gets its vig and Social Security gets privatized. krasnov is sticking his name on these accounts but the evil aholes behind P2025 are designing these things.
