The Customs and Border Patrol is authorized to operate at the US/Mexico and US/Canada borders, at airports, and within 100 miles of a border or coastline. Minneapolis is outside their jurisdiction. So, isn't their very presence there illegal? Watch this video of Jesse Welles, 4x Grammy nominee singing "Join Ice" which highlights the warped mentality of those who join the ranks of Trump's goons.
