A lawsuit can be dragged out 40 ways from Sunday. Many decades ago when I learned to file and fight lawsuits, I learned it was a war of paper. He/she who lobs the most paper wins.

Harvard got him to back off, but that's also because he knows he is weak now. I wouldn't pay one thin dime nor would I concede to any of his idiotic demands. Harvard already settled the claims about anti-Semitism a year ago, so what does trump have to complain about?
