... The stations that have local newsrooms are owned by Hearst, Nexstar and Tegna.

Nexstar have said they will merge news operations.

That means we'll go from three newsrooms to two.

Sinclair has stations in our area, but no newsroom. They do our news from Houston TX. Not even in the same state. No wonder no one watches them.
