John Perkins describes his role and understanding of how wealthy nations, defense departments, world bank, and corporations provide financial or capital improvement 'aid' which actually ends up costing the developing countries jobs, income, and freedom. Chilling, sad that this WH sees bullying, blackmail, cheating, military strength, and greed as appropriate substitutes for empathy, compassion, and win-win relationships.
