And floating the "deal" the felon is "ready" to make? (That is, effectively surrendering, taping the Obama admin treaty the felon tore up back together, releasing billions more than Obama's admin ever even contemplated.) That is nothing more than a trial balloon to gauge the level of public ridicule and humiliation the felon would have to endure. I would bet my all my meager savings that there is NO WAY the felon's eggshell ego will allow that.

For the sake of the nation and global stability, I hope I'm wrong. However:
