block another trump nominated anti-abortion supreme court nominee if alito and or thomas decide to retire?

and even if they did, assuming that Fetterman's prochoice views would vote against such a SC court nominee, if the vote was 50-50, couldn't vance just break the tie?

we are so screwed, especially by what happened in 2016, and the hurt and injustice from that will be felt for decades to come.
