5. I would hold this fire till we are the ones to replace him. Then launch these charges at Alito AND Thomas.

Likely Kavanaugh has some of this muck in his closet too. Do a real investigation of all of them, which has never been done.

I doubt they would get the 2/3rds of the Senate unless what was found was particularly egregious and the republican base is out for blood by then, which is only a remote possibility. Also, it would require us to get a grip on our messaging, though that also is a remote possibility.

But Alito and Thomas are not young. If we show them to be the scum buckets they are, they might decide to "protect their legacy," whatever that is, and step down.

People talk about expanding the court. I would love that, but I don't think it's likely.
