As to the (possible tax-related) question of "dual-citizenship" does anyone know if being a US citizen (legally born in the USA) FIRST, and then obtaining a SECOND citizenship in a non-USA country, say Spain for example, would then Spain be listed as a secondary citizenship country OR would the US citizenship take precedence (???).
