... with the express purpose of making it impossible for Chump to attend. I'm sure that Jr. and his fiance Bettina Anderson don't want him there. If they wanted him to attend they'd have the wedding in New York or Palm Beach, where her family is.

Chump doesn't want to go either, but he's pretending that he can't go because of "stuff going on at work."
That's nonsense ... he just doesn't want to go, and they don't want him there.
