11. Federal judges should only be allowed to serve a single time for a single term of 24 years.

SCOTUS judges should only be allowed a single term of nine years and they should not be nominated by the President but rather a lottery drawing should be held of the current sitting judges on the Federal courts that select's them.
If they decline the nomination then they are retired and their seat is opened up for a new Federal judge to be nominated.
