That Ukraine can fly right through them shows how ineffectual they really are. Unfortunately, Putin won't get the message. There was a report yesterday that they have literally been feeding him an altered version of the news daily that shows Russian military advances and how everything is positive in the country. I wonder if the same thing was done to Tsar Nicholas II before the revolution.
