4. Israel figured out how to expand into new territories outside of Israel

starting with The Six Day War. Incremental: You engage in war. You cross over borders. You win the war. Then you don't retreat back to your borders. You don't exactly call it yours, but instead, you claim it's "disputed" territory. You subsequently encourage civilians to make "settlements" in the "disputed" land that you don't necessarily recognize as not yours. You annex the land. (Sort of like eminent domain) You then incorporate that "disputed" land into Israel eventually. That's the plan for Gaza, the West Bank, and part (or all) of Lebanon.

And who's going to stop this (unspoken) Israeli policy?
