... that results in nothing being accomplished, and the status quo remains. Whereas, a more nuanced approach that wasn't overreach, that would survive legal challenges, and that would be likely to receive bipartisan approval and cooperation would, at the very least, move the needle in the direction we want. For example, the all or nothing approach to healthcare always fails too... so there's no reason to expect this binary approach will be any different. People are hype-aware of our nation's healthcare crisis, too, yet... here we are.
