It took almost 2 years of negotiations to get the deal that Krasnov tore up, now I hear that Krasnov wants to piece that deal back together by asking for IAEA officials to visit Iranian nuclear facilities and then declare that he stopped Iran from getting a nuke.

Kabuki Theater is just fine with Iran, time is on its side. Iran will never give up control of Hormuz, done deal.
The US is going to have to bribe Iran with at least 324 billion dollars to open up Hormuz for 60 days, then after the 4th Iran starts collecting fees.
