12. Paying for votes is a felony

He tried to skirt the lay by paying for a commitment to principles that act as a proxy for "the right candidates." hHat might be hard to prosecute, but even when a person pays for a commitment to vote a certaindidate, there can be no proof that the person actually voted that way because ballots are secret. So it would be worth investigating if we have the WH before statues of limitation expire.

However, this guy is every bit as lawless as Trump. There are plenty of other things to prosecute. His work with DOGE involved theft of documents and rigging of government contracts. And there is the whole "vote counting computer" thing which has never been dealt with, and will be used again and again if not prosecuted.
