I just mean he's unlikely to appear before them again, because despite Garcia's "torching" and subpoenas, he probably isn't going to feel like he ACTUALLY has to, at least not as long as his good buddy Donnie is running an utterly corrupt DoJ

I hope I'm wrong and the fucker is held accountable, but I have my doubts. He probably already told Donnie what he was planning wrt the appearance, and got his blessing to tell Congress to get bent if he feels like it.
