What we must see next is a lawsuit that takes on their SNAP and Medicare payment "fraud" bullshit.

A couple things we all need to know.

First, what they call "fraud" are errors. Simple errors.

Doesn't matter if the error is easily remedied, inadvertent, or if it was an error on the part of the state that resulted in underpayments, to the propagandists it is all "fraud."

So, they are seeking to deny funds they are legally obligated to pay to a state because the state's "fraud"/ "error rates" are too high?

That might sound reasonable, until you add this little fact:
A wrongful denial of SNAP benefits is not counted as part of the standard SNAP Payment Error Rate (PER).

So, which are the states with "low" error rates? That one is easy. They are the states that deny all applications. And deny, and deny, and deny some more.

And, perhaps the ugliest little "secret" of all, is that systems used to detect the "errors" themselves have a completely unacceptable error rate. (i.e., flag problems that are not actually problems, particularly with the greater use of AI.)

If the free states (blue states) don't join together in a lawsuit challenging the refusal to transfer funds to states based on some "error rate" bullshit, I'll be very, very disappointed.
