They are trying to broadcast the World Cup without using the ripoff coat networks or streaming platforms.

The only 'security' they are concerned about is the 'security' of knowing that only their broadcast and streaming cronies will be able to show the games.

This is not about security. It is about profit... or the loss of said.

However, this is the United States Federal Bureau of Investigations. They would rather secure profit than provide protection to the lowly peons.
