WTF? Another Republican flew over the Cuco's nest. Are they all just completly certifiable?

Edited to add; Yeah, I know, I didn't spell cuco correctly. Never in my life have I had to use that word to describe an entire political party before. It seems I will get plenty of chances to hone that particular spelling this year.
