20. Well, imo, it's safer to point to all the evidence that says the stuff couldn't be produced

at Ft. Detrick and risk blowing up the case against Ivins because no one has the resources to blow it up to the point where it would be a problem for the FBI, let alone for Obama.

In following the story, it looked like every point the FBI tried to make was blown up so Mueller had to go with "the science nobody understands will vindicate us" and then, it didn't. And still, nobody did anything about it, including Leahy who had to chair that hearing.

The funny thing for me is that I have talked to Meryl Nass, Ivin's lawyer Kemp (briefly) and Mr. Byrne and Mr. Andrews and agree with them that it wasn't Ivins or Ft. Detrick. I still don't know any scientists that agree with Mueller that it was Ivins although I haven't been following very closely this year.
