It's a pretty sleazy bit of legislation on the part of the Republicans but Obama accepted it and signed it into law. He is the head of state, the leader of our country! He better own it. That's what leaders do. That's what makes him responsible to bring the nitwits in congress to some kind of consensus and resolve this fregin mess.
