... but apparently that truism is mitigated under Obama.

The origin is disputed (Marx? Lenin? Stalin? or apocryphal? there is disagreement in Google-land.) but it has always seemed true to me. Fellas, China is not our friend. How many times do they have to demonstrate that fact?
