US officials on Tuesday urged outsiders to stay away from batshit crazy Tea Party members after pictures of “unwashed” Tea Party members were published online.
Mariela Wilson with the US’s office for Political Extremism PolX told AFP that even indirect contact with the Tea Party could spread profound stupidy and misinformation that currently does not exist outside of Tea Party strongholds. They could also be hostile, she warned.
Wilson urged outsiders “to never attempt to enter in contact with these communities,” whose people “are trying to remain apart from reality.”
The pictures, published on the website Democratic Underground, shows a family of “unwashed” Tea Party people in remote southeastern Texas on the border with Louisiana.
