In reply to the discussion: Obama Tells Democrats They Must Be Open to Entitlement Changes [View all]John2
(2,730 posts)is trying very hard to disunify the Democratic Party. He is not going to get a Deal because the numbers don't add up for these so called politicians claiming they represent the middle. Both extremes in both parties outnumber the middle. There are enough people in the House that don't want to raise revenues or even make a Deal with Obama and there are enough Progressives in the House to join with the Right. The people will have the last say and what can happen to the Blue Dog coalition over the Public Option can still endanger a lotta of Democrats that stab their constituents in the back. No sheep voted for him. He may not be able to run agan but he can destroy the next Democratic candidate after him by disrespecting the voters that put him in office. For the Democratic Party's own sake, they better set their President straight. That is just my advice. I rather put someone like Bernie Sanders in his place and I'm Black. So it is not about race.
