18. I grew up in TX..

... and heard this word as a child and even AS a child I knew it was not something one would say to a Mexican. If you can't say it to the person being described it is probably a slur, seems pretty simple to me.

I guess this is just more of the Republicans' idea of reaching out to Latinos.
